On the occasion of the Fuorisalone the installation site specific by Piero Lissoni will disclosure
the Ex.Series collections: three series, already present in the historic Boffi collection, will be included in Boffi Fantini ABOUTWATER catalogue: PIPE design by Marcel Wanders, ECLIPSE by design Studio Charlie, winner of the Compasso d’Oro 2018 Award and GARDEN design by Piero Lissoni.
The Boffi Fantini ABOUTWATER proposal was born in 2011 from the partnership between Boffi
and Fantini. Two companies that have always focused their activity, thoughts and energy on the water shape, making their debut with the collections: AF/21 design by Naoto Fukasawa and AL/23 design by Piero Lissoni, followed by AK/25 design by Paik Sun Kim, winner of the Compasso d’Oro in 2020 and the AA/27 design by Michael Anastassiades.
The already existing collection Boffi Fantini ABOUTWATER is today enhanced with Ex.Series, three signatures designs with new functions and finishes, able to satisfy in the best possible way the needs of the current market.
The Boffi Fantini ABOUTWATER products are all lead-free, manufactured through processes and with materials that are eco-friendly and health-conscious and which guarantee long duration, resistance and ease of use and cleaning.
Specifically, the processing of the brass follows the US law NSF/ANSI 372, which is currently the strictest regulation at the international level in protection of workers health: the lead percentage contained in the Boffi Fantini ABOUTWATER taps surface, when coming into contact with water, does not exceed 0,25%. The products from the collections AF/21, AL/23 and AK/25 are lead-free.
Ecological, recyclable and excellent material: both from the point of view of quality and safety. Stainless steel is extraordinarily performing: it is last over time, thanks to its sturdiness and maintains its characteristics in the long-term due to its high-resistance to external agents: the products of the collection AF/21, AA/27, AW/EX PIPE, AC/EX ECLIPSE are produced in stainless steel.
